  4. Distractions

    Please pass this on to Tony. I attended his informative Zoom meeting yesterday. Learning about options can be challenging and requires a lot of focus and concentration. Tony should hire a babysitter while he teaches the class. Very distracting.

  6. DOUBLE CHARGING SUBSCRIPTION FEE

    Options Play
    I am getting Goddamn tired of this inexcusable double charging! For the past several YEARS you have charged me $500 and then $300 in the same YEAR for an annual subscription to Options Play. Someone in authority need to call me at 310-415-4463 [Robert Jones] and leave a return phone number and day and time to call them back to explain how this is going to be corrected.

    [In May and August of 2023, a similar double charging occurred of $500 and $300.]

    I realize that Robert Jones is a common name, how many Robert Jones’ to you…

  7. Subscription expense

    Hello staff at optionsplay,
    Thank you for a timely response.
    After further review, I regret to let you know that your services are expensive especially for a beginner like myself. I cannot afford both my brokers optionsplay and this one as well without further discount.
    I have cancelled my subscription here and do not want to be billed after the trial on Sept. 15,2024.
    Kindly, please remove my credit card from subscription at time, to prevent omission errors.

  8. Link in app to educational videos

    Please add an easy to find link in the app to replay your Options Play educational You Tube videos. If I miss the live version via zoom I have to search for it on You Tube. A link from the app would be much easier. Thank you.

  9. OptionsPlay is great BUT...

    On initial glance and looking at youtube videos, OptionsPlay looked like a great tool, but after the initial trial it feels likethe platform needs a lot of improvements. Feels like MVP product and more features to be added, consider expanding your team and improve the platform to get more paid subscribers. 1) Watchlist is a basic feature and it is toooooo slow to add stocks and maintain multiple watchlist (consider taking inspirations from Tradingview). 2) This could be a great portfolio tracking tool, but the UX need to redesigned to make it easier 3) Add provision for custom trade checklist…

    Why is the NQ and ES options not available to be added to the watchlist in OptionsPlay. Most option sellers would trade those futures options and not the regular index options

  12. Support Cut and Paste Trades to ThinkorSwim like OptionsSamurai.com

    Allow the trades to be exported in simple text that can be cut and paste into thinkorswim. See attached picture. This would make it easy to cut and paste trades into thinkorswim, while the official integration is in process.

  14. Closed Portfolio for closed trades

    It would help track our successes if when we close a trade in our Portfolio it gets moved to a "Closed Portfolio". Currently, we either delete it or leave it in our Portfolio. If we delete it all of the information is gone. If we leave it in our Portfolio, we keep getting alerts to close it and it clutters the Portfolio.
