  2. Income mode resets to trade unlike old app

    Hi I am using the new beta version. When I am in income mode,on the right side, I like to toggle between tickers (search in middle pane) unfortunately it takes me back to trade every time I change tickers. this is not the case with the old app ~it would stay in income (if specified) and allow you to freely change tickers which is really convenient when you write a lot of covered calls quickly on Monday morning.

    Can you guys please fix it so it stays in income mode and allows you to toggle between tickers via middle panel)…

  4. Charting tools

    Good job on platform upgrade.
    1. Support/resistance lines be able to click them on and off the chart.
    2. Be able to save multiple charts styles
    3. Be able to change the color of the FIb retracement lines or any other lines.

  6. Canadian stock listings

    I am getting used to the new platform. I notice that I can look up my Canadian-listed stocks on the new platform as well. Thank you. However, wouldn't it be more useful if the Canadian-listed stocks showed a Canadian flag rather than a U.S. flag that suggested that those stocks might be listed on the NYSE or the NASDAQ rather than the TSX?

    new format is not showing Greeks .Why ???
    Like the old format better easier to use. Also new app still has bugs . please fix Greeks !!

  10. App Performance Issues

    The app performance seems to have deteriorated significantly since the redesign - often the app data doesn't load during market hours, preventing you from inputing any symbols for analysis. It also logs me out frequently. I hope you are able to improve the performance soon. Thank you

  13. Notes feature in Portfolio

    A key missing feature in the Portfolio is the ability to add notes to each entry. Is that a feature being considered at all at this point? This would make this a one-stop shop where the rationale behind a trade can be included.

    It would be nice to open any section in the Options Play Hub and have a little education link to the selected section. For example, if I click on the "ATM Straddle Income Report", maybe include a link or explanation of the strategy.

  15. Edit Dates of expiry in a portfolio after entering them in the trade area.

    Hi OP team,
    In adding positions into a portfolio - first using the trade tab to initially add the trade and then add it to portfolio - then modify in a portfolio - once it is there you can modify the strikes and cost basis but you can not modify the expiry date(s)) if you need to back date it. I will check and see if I can totally manually enter the position.

  16. Fixing Your YouTube Training Videos

    Fixing your YouTube Posts:
    When I go back to watch the training videos on YouTube, the camera video of Tony or Jess covers up parts of your slides. Upper Right Corner.

    Please, either design your slides with a keep out area to place the camera videos, or don't include the camera videos.
