How do I cancel my subscription?

To cancel your subscription, please
  • Click on your name on the upper right corner
  • Choose Profile
  • Choose Subscriptions
  • Click "Cancel Subscription"
This will cancel your current subscription and the auto-renew. You will continue to have access to the platform and services until the end date of your current subscription.

To prevent automatic renewal and non-refundable billing - be sure to click the cancel subscription before your next renewal date.
