    I use my home computer. Can we be able to set the inactivity timeout. I do not want to keep logging in.

  3. Credit spreads ideas dont show credit but rather debit entries why

    every credit spread i click on these is not credit premium all debit entries what am i doing wrong ? This is from under trade ideas drop down to credit spreads than go to individual companies

  4. Accessing tools when logged in shouldnt require reauthenticating

    The web portal needs a revamp, every link I click I am asked to reauthenticate though I have an active session.

  5. Full view of Optionsplay

    Am I new to Optionsplay so maybe there is a setting I am missing because my view of the web app cuts off the Price action information?

  6. i want my money back as the software is kaput

    I want my money back as software never updates when you have notifications or what OptionsPlay is actually trading. Nor can you get a good answer on how to get to the correct pages you interested in.
    Why is there a double log in that goes around the notification page, if log in once why do I have to log in again when you try to reach the blog or notification page.

  8. Add DEBIT screener to compliment your CREDIT screener

    Add DEBIT screener to complement your CREDIR screener. It would be good to see both credit and debit trades. Consider adding a DEBIT screener that returns results per your methodology - PREMIUM RECEIVED IS 20% (1/4) OF THE PREMIUM PAID,

  12. what does options play call a bull put spread

    Hi let me start by saying I am dyslexic I was trying to look for a bull put spread in the strategy part of the options play but its not listed apparently i googled it it is also called short put spread and or a put credit spread even that was not listed please can you tell me what you call it this is extremely confusing for me

    Really, Really like the Trade Analysis Tool. Doing the walkthrough and this is by far the best tool I've seen. Keep it up. I will be officially subscribing soon.

  16. ALL REPORT HEADINGS

    i'm currently in the ATM STRADDLE Report.
    Can you adapt the "top" line [1] with all the titles to follow down the page? It disappears as soon as you start going down....Assuming this is an Excel type spreadsheet? Should be a relatively easy fix?
    This should be done for ALL REPORTS Please as it makes it easier to digest the information!

  18. setting Ichimoku cloud color

    can we have an Ichimoku cloud with the same color as Rick? Or how do you set the color in optionsPlay platform? I try to change it but it is not being saved. When I entered the new symbol, it went back to the default color.
