  3. ANNUAL PAYMENT PAYMENT SCHEDULING

    I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED TO BE CHARGED A PATHETIC EXCHANGE RATE AND A C Card CHARGE ON TOP for my first monthly payment!
    So, I have just tried to convert to an ANNUAL Charge FROM my next payment due on 13th November 2022...BUT it ONLY TAKES IMMEDIATE PAYMENT!
    Can we arrange for the annual payment to be charged on THAT DATE Please?

    i asked that i dont get renewed for my yearly membership but i havent seen a credit put back on my card for the $600 charge you made last month. please refund and end subscription. thanks john

  8. Page display on iPad and iPhone

    I’ve tried with many different web browsers installed but I believe it’s your website that isn’t displaying it correctly because I’ve tried many times with my iPad and iPhone. It works well on my computer but not on the iPad or iPhone. All 3 web browsers have the same issue. It doesn’t allow me to see all of the web page displayed or even move it.

  9. Make left vertical panel collapsable

    I would like to see the left vertical panel can be made collapsable so that I get more real estate to analyze a trade idea. This way the center column gets more real estate. Much appreciated.

    On dividend stocks you show period, e.g. quarterly and amount of dividend, would also be helpful to see last ex-dividend date or next ex-dividend if announced.

  11. API level access to portfolio

    I like the new portfolio capabilities, works well for paper trading. I have built a tool I use to track my options portfolio in excel, it’s not perfect but it does work for me. I would be great to have API level access to the portfolio tool so I can merge it with my other data sources.

  15. Daily plays per portfolio size

    Do you think that it would be possible to send daily play for different portfolio size? Recently a lot the daily plays are over 500$ . It is impossible for my to enter them.

    You could send 2 daily plays. One for bigger portfolio( over $5 spread) and one for smaller one ($5 spread and less).

  20. Website timeouts - Needs improvement

    Guys,

    Why does your website login time out every 5 seconds when a brokerage website times out in hours? It'll be great if you can extend the timeout to at least an hour compared to 5 seconds. Is this something you can explore?

    During Tony's webinar last Friday, he had this same issue.
