  3. Add DEBIT screener to compliment your CREDIT screener

    Add DEBIT screener to complement your CREDIR screener. It would be good to see both credit and debit trades. Consider adding a DEBIT screener that returns results per your methodology - PREMIUM RECEIVED IS 20% (1/4) OF THE PREMIUM PAID,

  5. i want my money back as the software is kaput

    I want my money back as software never updates when you have notifications or what OptionsPlay is actually trading. Nor can you get a good answer on how to get to the correct pages you interested in.
    Why is there a double log in that goes around the notification page, if log in once why do I have to log in again when you try to reach the blog or notification page.

  6. Canadian earnings dates wrong

    The Canadian OptionsPlay platform is showing 2023 rather than 2024 earnings dates for stocks. Perhaps this needs to be corrected, or the platform needs to download 2024 earnings dates.

  9. Accessing tools when logged in shouldnt require reauthenticating

    The web portal needs a revamp, every link I click I am asked to reauthenticate though I have an active session.

  10. Credit spreads ideas dont show credit but rather debit entries why

    every credit spread i click on these is not credit premium all debit entries what am i doing wrong ? This is from under trade ideas drop down to credit spreads than go to individual companies

    Hello team option play. This is Nadeem Malik, I am a paid member. Just wanted to provide some feedback.

    Please have your email address available somewhere on the site. From the computer, it is sometimes hard to screenshot and attach and picture, versus on a cellphone, if I have the email address, I can easily make a report.

    Atleast have a phone number where customers can leave a message, so they have options other than emailing, to leave a message. I am not asking to speak to a live agent, but at least give us an option to leave a…

  16. Please add a filter for "Include/exclude ETFs" in Ideas section.

    It would be nice if the OptionsPlay platform allowed the list of symbols in the Ideas section to be filtered by "Include/exclude ETFs".

  20. bull call spreads using Options Play Calculator

    Most of the time when I use the Options Play calculator to establish my bull call vertical it selects the upside call I am selling to generate very little premium. Seems this provides very little benefit vs just buying the long call. Example being bull call spread on Gilead shows buying the in the money call for $5.45 and selling the upside out of the money call for only $0.46 (10/17 expiration). Very little benefit to selling the upside call. Thoughts??
