  1. got a surprise assignment on JNJ.

    Hi, I follow opening trade on 1/26/23 JNJ [March 17th $170/$165 Put Vertical], and left 3 contract thinking I have month for JNJ to possible bounded back. To my surprise, Today 2/21, more than 3 weeks away from end of contract, I was assigned to buying 300 share JNJ at $170. This leave me 3 contract of long put at $165. That to say, 21 days before closing as buffer is no a safety zone. What things I need to watch so I won't get call again? BTW, I don't see the Portfolio next to Watchlists, where can I see…

  2. Troubleshoot/error message

    The personal portfolio is not working properly. I have two of the same positions listed in there. I have one marked for deletion but I get an error saying "duplicate position" but it won't let me delete the duplicate position. Now my portfolio is frozen, I cannot add any new positions or delete the old ones.

  3. subscriber retaition

    Here is one business idea to those who manage the business aspect of your company:
    when you get a new subscriber, you put him under the constant, private guidance of one of your exerts and insist that new subscriber to TRADES ONLY THOSE RECOMMENDATIONS YOU PUT ON IN YOUR DAILYPLAY. Then, check your subscriber-retaining percentage after a few weeks or so. Then you will know it is worth-sparing an expert to be in constant contact with your new subscribers for a month or two, depending on the number of trades covered during that time.

  4. Slow to load option detail from Short Puts Report link

    Hi, When I click the symbol links in Short Put report, it took a long time (more than 10 seconds) to bring up the options detail page. It seems too slow.....

  5. The Roll

    I love the service, platform and webinars.
    I started trading in 2019.
    One big subject I think would be awesome is if You guys can go over the "Art of the Roll".
    I have seen the effect of this big time when the trade for whatever reason makes a big move
    The roll is not stressed enough any where on the internet etc
    So please cover this in detail
    Rolling covered calls
    the different scenarios
    and ? rolling spreads
    working a diagonal etc

  7. META bullish diagonal spread at 188 score

    I today entered a Long Call Diagonal bullish spread on META which has a score of 188. I haven't seen scores this high, although score can be as high as 250 in the options play instructions.

  8. Using P&L to Align Trade Risk with Stop Loss

    I just wanted to let you know that I found a way to use the P&L Simulator to solve a dilemma I have been struggling with (Setting a stop loss for a option trade based on Stock technical levels and my Risk level). If I setup the trade in Options Play and then set the "By this date" value to 30 days after placing the trade, I can play with the "Goes to this price" slider until the Resulting Position box shows the acceptable Risk (Loss) value (e.g. 2% of my account).   14. Attaching notes to explain rationale for trade

    I would desperately like to add short notes to my trades in OptionsPlay. Quite often I have to keep notes of my rationale for a particular trade elsewhere outside OptionsPlay.

  16. Filter for Score

    It would be helpful to have a filter on OptionsPlay Scores, so that you could setup a minimum and not see items loweer on the Trade ideas or Calls found.

  18. logging out a user frequently

    It is very annoying that you log me out every few minutes - especially on a trading day. Change the software to be logged in until the user logs out. There is a way to monitor the computer a user is logged in and if it is a home computer, you should NOT log me out frequently. You can even ask whether it is a computer a user trusts. Also put in a facility to remember the User ID.
