  1. Income mode resets to trade unlike old app

    Hi I am using the new beta version. When I am in income mode,on the right side, I like to toggle between tickers (search in middle pane) unfortunately it takes me back to trade every time I change tickers. this is not the case with the old app ~it would stay in income (if specified) and allow you to freely change tickers which is really convenient when you write a lot of covered calls quickly on Monday morning.

    Can you guys please fix it so it stays in income mode and allows you to toggle between tickers via middle panel)…

  2. Bug fix for Manual Portfolio Entries Expiry Dates

    Hi - adding symbols manually through the portfolio is showing incorrect expiry dates. Missing April 1st from the drop down, all other dates are incorrect in the drop down. Would be nice if after this issue is fixed the expiry date becomes editable so I can fix all the wrong dates. Thanks.

    Feedback for new Options Play App

    Rapid Fire Watchlists
    - Standardize naming on dates – suggest dd mm yyyy
    - Remove old watchlists – probably only need current and previous month

    Portfolio Entry/Edit
    - Enable using tab key to advance between fields for portfolio entry and edit
    - As each line is added, list should scroll to bottom
    - Tool allows entry of fractional shares when adding a security. Some securities display fractional shares on portfolio screen, but some do not (AAPL)
    - For some securities, I enter a single line position in the entry screen, but two entries show…

  4. Education organization

    Hi Tony, have been following you for over a year, probably watched most of your video's however still feel like a Newbie, would really appreciate updates & easier organized Education, sure there is a lot of content you have put out but is really scattered for a novice, also everyone talks about when/how to enter No info on exit/close trades, thx for the new platform

  5. Portfolio Profit/Loss targets

    In the portfolio view it would be great to have a profit/loss target (possibly with a tracking bar) to see how close positions are to targets. Could be auto generated to follow Options Plays targets, and give notifications?

  8. Credit spread current scan report.

    i am loving the credit spreads, could this be a live scan? rather than the delay? I can't always be at the computer but would love to have this current.

  11. Charting tools

    Good job on platform upgrade.
    1. Support/resistance lines be able to click them on and off the chart.
    2. Be able to save multiple charts styles
    3. Be able to change the color of the FIb retracement lines or any other lines.

  15. Canadian stock listings

    I am getting used to the new platform. I notice that I can look up my Canadian-listed stocks on the new platform as well. Thank you. However, wouldn't it be more useful if the Canadian-listed stocks showed a Canadian flag rather than a U.S. flag that suggested that those stocks might be listed on the NYSE or the NASDAQ rather than the TSX?

  16. quick selection of stock symbol for trade idea at current price

    In preview, I don't see where you can quickly enter a Stock symbol. Watchlist section appears to be even more perverse than original. Delayed market data still means suggested trades are out of date, especially in active markets and very often overnight.

  17. consistency with ricks daily play email and what loads on options play.

    this morning when i load the daily play XLI opening spread the site brings up different parameters than what is on rick's email.
    instead of the april 14th expiry it suggests the may 20th expiry?

  18. link to market trends video on wesite

    i can never get to the 8:45 am market update meeting. the link you send just brings up zoom then zoom links to options play then i log on and have now way to find the video l;ink. why does it have to be so hard for us, why can't we see the link on the home page when we connect? this is very frustrating and all customer support can do is ask me to tell them when it happens again, which i did again today. but still no response.

  19. Bad homepage design

    I don't understand when I click on the Education and resources why I'm asked to log in or register to watch video. If I'm paying for the service and use of the OptionsPlay application, when I log in to the application, I shouldn't have to be asked to login and have a new window when I click on and link outside the application (on the homepage). That was the main reason I canceled the subscription last time. It doesn't feel like I'm a member when I have 20 windows open and I'm always logging in to access something (other than…

    can you please post today's rapid fire symbols on the platform? I would also suggest deleting all put maybe 2-3 past rapid fires - taking up to much space in the watchlist drop down list. thanks!
