  1. Redesign and improve watchlist

    The watchlist feature needs to be rethought/redesigned. It is too slow and not easy to add. No import option available like we have in Tradingview.

  2. Choose my own underlying and create a strategy/analysis using your analysis engine

    I am subscribing trough StockCharts and I have done a trial on OptionsPlay. I like the analysis and trade suggestions but I would like ability to choose my own underlying and create a strategy/analysis. I find this very frustrating to not be able to use the analysis features to choose my underlying and use the engine to create a strategy and analysis. Thanks, Doug

  3. consolidate all your platforms

    Hi, So I'm a questtrade client in Canada and pretty new to options trading. At QT we have access to (a very unfortunately simplified) version of your platform through them. I am also trading US options and have signed up for your US platform free trial, and given that your Questtrade platform is hindered, I also signed up for your tmx platform.
    So I have some problems/concerns/suggestions...

    1) the questtrade platform does not have portfolios which is a pain as I also have a Wealthsimple account and would like to put the options trades that I place there into a…

  4. No daily trades on Dec 30, 31 or Jan 2.

    There were no daily trades on Dec 30, Dec 31 or Jan 2 even though markets were open. The last daily trade was on Dec 27.

  5. Accessing DailyPlay requires logging in twice.

    After logging in to OptionsPlay, when I try to access the DailyPlay from the DailyPlay Hub, I have to log in again. This is a bit annoying.

  12. Importing symbols into watchlist from a file.

    I don't think there is a way to import symbols into a watchlist from a CSV or Excel XLSX file. This is a big problem for me because I have over 100 symbols in my brokers' watchlist which I need to import. I don't want to import each symbol individually.

  13. Cancellation of Subscription

    I was just notified by my credit card co. of a renewal fee of $502.00. I do not want to renew and I want $502.00 refunded to my credit card.

  15. Save custom chart view as default.

    Users can add studies to create a custom chart and then save that new view for manually reloading at anytime. It would be very nice if users can make a saved view the default view when opening new charts instead of having to manually load a saved view each time a chart is opened.

  20. Futures options

    Why is the NQ and ES options not available to be added to the watchlist in OptionsPlay. Most option sellers would trade those futures options and not the regular index options
