options play platform

i do know how to trade novice style so i want the platform it was when service able and free to use. why it got altered the monthly fee it seems to project of $60.00 a month is not acceptable on top of commissions and fees.???

    Before I sign up I need to the initial cost of platform and into perpetuity for a great trading analyzer for us. I got fuck over with card abuse any time I paid so i want concrete info first . Please and thank you . I love the platform!!!
