dismal lack of support prompts
would be great if OP posted their Cust Svce phone number as I had persistent problems with logging on and they would not cancel the renewal. They said only I can cancel it but could not log on using various browsers and devices. So they renewed me against my wish and I had to reverse the cc charge

Just signed up for action plan can’t figure out how to sync portfolio manually after and everything shows up as a without cost basis. I’m trying to figure out how to fix for hours. Still waiting for customer service.
